Tips for Buying a Car at the Mecum Auction

Public auctions are exciting, but they can also be overwhelming. Mecum auctions offer a variety of vehicles, but key classics sell for high amounts of money. If interested in making a purchase, a person should arrive early and stay late. The deals are usually at the beginning and end of the day. Arriving early allows a person to inspect the cars as well. It is vital to research the offerings before the big day. Mecum catalogs all vehicles, which makes it easy to find the perfect car.

Mecum auctions are great places to find unique vehicles and automotive memorabilia. Arriving prepared helps a person enjoy the event without feeling pressured. The headliner cars always attract a large audience and bring the most money. However, a person does not have to spend a fortune to walk away with a new toy. The Austin auction begins December 11, 2015 and ends December 12, 2015. Visit the Austin Convention Center or watch the fun live on NBCSN both days from noon to 5:30 p.m.
